Niall has guided many first time purchasers through their first house/apartment purchase to ensure that the transaction ran as smoothly as possible. In Landlord and Tenant transactions Niall has advised many property clients on commercial leases (tax implications, insurances, permitted user, service charges, tenant’s rights etc.), ground rents – acquisition of freehold for clients where they hold under a long lease and residential leases.
